It is not my first time at the Hotel PARADIS. Staff is very well trained. The receptionist was very helpful with me as a taxi driver charged 75 lei for a ride from the airport to the hotel. Miss at the reception helped me to book a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport and it has costs to me 40 lei. THANK YOU AGAIN for your support. Breakfast has a wide range of food.

The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I absolutely loved their breakfast, it was beyond my expectations with a far wider selection of choices. The location is excellent, and though I hadn't had the chance to try the spa, it looked great! I'll definitely try it next time :)

Very accommodating staff. Always friendly, helpful, courteous service. The property - although older construction and renovation (I stayed in a 'budget' room) is very well taken care of. Everything's very clean. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure and temperature control. Comfortable bed with different pillow sizes and forms - everyone should find a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet offers a very good variety including local specialties, it's constantly replenished and even if you get there too late because you missed the cutoff time (more on that in the 'what I didn't like' section) they're accommodating. The secured parking was appreciated as well - street parking is hard to find in this area.

Mostly good. Some furniture was bit old and some fixing in building required but it was clean and otherwise ok. Staff helpful and good breakfast. Location bit outside centrum but easily reached by bus or small walk.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The coffee was good. The people from the restaurant were very nice.

Friendly staff, they were happy to accommodate all the requests even with a rather volatile schedule, as I had to change the booking last minute. The room was spacious and clean, with all the needed amenities. I personally liked the "shaving kit" and "oral hygiene kit" they provide, so you don't have to bother in case you forgot your personal items.

Nice breakfast, big room, didn't have the time to check the spa. The staff solved a booking misunderstanding and my soon had his own bad in no time.

They have a reasonable breakfast. The Wifi works very well. I don't know if I got lucky, having a room close to an access point or not, but it worked very well. The room was clean and the bed is very comfy.
